Keeping things simple

I have decided to amend the way in which we offer our Telephone line, text message and email daily service.

I spoke to Marten about simplifying the process, and he agreed with my logic on how to move forward.

Marten records a telephone line each day with his news and views and also writes an email summarising the same information. We offer a text message to clients, so they don’t miss out on any selections on the off chance they don’t have time to listen to the line or access their emails.

Our Personal Consultancy Service wasn’t quite right as some people like the day’s news and prefer an email format but don’t require all the publications we sell due to time constraints. Historically these have always been included with the PCS.

The way forward is as follows:

• Telephone & Text Service

£380 (Full Jumps season)

Pure and straightforward. Subscribers get access to our line and receive a daily text message.

Benefit is 5% discount on all our other publications

• Telephone & Text Personal Service

£600 (Full Jumps season)

A significant enhancement to our Telephone & Text Service in that, as well as access to our line and a daily text message subscribers, also receive direct access to Marten via email or phone to discuss racing throughout the season.

Benefit is 10% discount on all our other publications

• Personal Consultancy Service

£750 (Full Jumps season)

Subscribers get access to our line and receive a daily text message. An email is also sent daily with all the information. On this service the access to the line is more of a backup in case the subscriber can’t access their emails.

A significant addition to this service is that you also receive direct access to Marten via email or phone to discuss racing throughout the season.
