Get your racing questions answered by Marten

We are pleased to launch Ask MJ our new question and answer service.

Marten has offered a personal service to a number of clients for many years now based on the ethos of his telephone line which was started in the early 80s.

His personal service was rebranded in 1997 (from memory) to The Personal Consultancy Service. Members of this service are welcome to email, text or ring him when they wish to ask him their questions. Many of his clients ring him once a week for a catch up about the racing.

Over the years I have enjoyed listening to Marten speak to owners of our Club horse(s) and listen as the conversations develop. I speak to clients every day and a number of clients have little queries about racing or bets so to help answer some of these we are launched this new service. This is a relaxed fun feature and it is designed for newcomers to horseracing as well as the more experienced. Each week I will select a couple of questions for Marten to answer.

The videos are shared on our Youtube channel and from next week they will also be on our website.  From April they are also going to be available as Podcasts.
