Enhanced services – introducing The Postscript

As my regular blog readers may know this year for me is all about new ideas and offering a better service to our clients and utilising technology as much as possible.
I had a meeting today with Marten and Steve about the service we offer to clients and the way people view our services.
It is vital we market our services correctly. We are not and will never be a tipping service. Marten’s ethos is all about analysis and knowledge and sharing his huge amount of experience.
Having gone to various race meetings with Marten and observed him with clients I have seen how much people love to talk racing with him and how much they learn. With this in mind we are rebranding our services and marketing. I started this a while ago by changing our logo to his signature to hopefully demonstrate that we are selling Marten the person – we are not a faceless company. We are a small team and more than happy to put ourselves out there in person, in our blogs and on social media.
One of the main additions is (Drum roll please)
** The Postscript Service **
This service will be sent to clients after one of our services or books with Marten’s observations and information gleaned from the day’s racing with pointers for the future following the meeting. It will be available in various formats – download/email but also in a rather cool new format (link in future blog).
This means if you buy a service about say Aintree for example you are not just receiving news and thoughts about the racing for that meeting you are going to receive a retrospective publication with long-term information in it as well.
I am really excited by this new addition and can’t wait to share more with you over the next month.
