Just a little update to say hooray I did it. I have managed to edit and upload Marten’s first ever Podcast. We are really happy to be able to offer this service to our clients. Marten has really enjoyed recording the two we have done so far and we are aiming for one each day of The Cheltenham Festival next week.

I have also uploaded a support video to YouTube to help people who are struggling to download information and I am pleased to say I think it has worked as I have not had as many queries this year yet more subscribers. Much as I love speaking to clients and talking them through the process I believe a visual tool is more helpful to people.
