“We have the Group 1 Sprint Cup at Haydock and the September Stakes at Kempton this weekend, but my focus will be on the handicaps at Ascot and Sunday’s card at York, where there are horses of interest entered to run. I should also have news of a highly-rated two-year-old from a relatively low-profile yard.”
Jodie adds:
“Although this weekend has a quieter feel to it, I have a strong fancy for a mud-lover at Haydock on Saturday. I am also taking a chance on a well-handicapped chaser on Friday at Worcester, while on Sunday there may be something for us at York.”
