As with most companies we are currently updating our policies.

In brief, we have been registered under the Data Protection Act for many years. We have never sold client data or purchased client data.

By placing an order and providing us with your contact details, you acknowledge that Marten Julian will use these details to provide you with information regarding your order/service.

How can I download a publication?

Please log into your online account using your email address and password and then go to Orders. You then need to View the order.

I have signed up for the free newsletter but I have missed the most recent edition. How can I obtain a copy?

We send out our newsletter monthly. Please contact for a past edition.

Can I see the latest results on a service?

We stated the recent results on each service’s own web page. Please visit the Our Services page. If we are missing something you require please email us stating which service you are interested in.

How do I change my log in details?

The best thing to do is to click on our forgotten password link (above) and enter your email address. If you can’t remember your old email address please create a new account and email us explaining that you have forgotten your old login details but have created a new account. Or you can call us on 01539 741 007 and we can help over the phone.

What cards do you accept?

As far as we are aware we accept all cards. The main query about cards is to ask if we accept American Express – we do but rather annoyingly only via our e-invoice system or over the phone due to an error by American Express. Feel free to call us on 01539 741 007 or email Rebecca who can send you an e-invoice. We also accept payment via PayPal. Should you prefer to pay by bank payment using internet banking please contact us for bank account details.

I can’t see my Weekend Card in my Online Account

If you have ordered the postal version or postal with email it won’t show as credits or as being available to download as you have ordered a postal service. If you have ordered the online version this will show. It will show the number of credits you have remaining. You can use credits for other services too not just the Weekend Card.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we offer various package prices. Clients who subscribe to Marten’s Personal Consultancy Service or Telephone & Text Service also receive loyalty discounts.
