How can I download a publication?

Please log into your online account using your email address and password.

Why can’t I download the publication I have just ordered?

Although our website emails confirmation of an order being placed almost instantly it does not mean that your order has been processed. For various reasons a member of staff has to authorise your online account before you can download the information. Perhaps you have placed your order when our office is closed? I have signed up for the free newsletter but I have missed the most recent edition. How can I obtain a copy?

Please visit our Downloads page when you can download a copy of Marten’s latest free newsletter. We send out our newsletter monthly.

Can I see the latest results on a service?

We stated the recent results on each service’s own web page. Please visit the Our Services page. If we are missing something you require please email us stating which service you are interested in.

How do I change my log in details?

The best thing to do is to click on our forgotten password link (above) and enter your email address. If you can’t remember your old email address please create a new account and email us explaining that you have forgotten your old log in details but have created a new account. Or you can call us on 01539 741 007 and we can help over the phone.

What cards do you accept?

As far as we are aware we accept all cards. The main query about cards is to ask if we accept American Express – we do. We also accept payment via PayPal. Should you prefer to pay by bank payment using internet banking please contact us for bank account details.

I can’t see my Weekend Card in my Online Account

If you have ordered the postal version it won’t show as it’s a postal service. When the next stage of our website development has gone live postal orders will show in the My Account area of our website for clients. If you have ordered the online version this will show. It will show the number of credits you have remaining.

Our new online shop is due to launch this Spring and from this point you will be able to see all services (online and postal) and track them.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we offer various package prices. Clients who subscribe to Marten’s Personal Consultancy Service or Telephone & Text Service also receive loyalty discouts.
