Marten writes: “Some of the biggest jump racing stars appear at Punchestown this weekend, but Jodie and I have our eyes on a well-handicapped chaser for one of the staying handicaps at Haydock. A relatively unexposed Premier List horse is declared for Ireland on Friday while Jodie, bang in form at present, has thoughts for a few of the lower profile meetings over the next few days.”

Sleeper Section: Horses that Marten has been waiting for, with a level stake profit of 101 points and a return on investment of 55% since the resumption of this service. Recent winners from very few selections include Tregony (four times), Tashkhan, Valparaiso, Highland Rocker and last season Sehayli (three times), Bullion Boss and Front View. Marten waited over a year for Sehayli, who was backed by some clients at 80/1 two days before the race.
Under The Radar: Marten pinpoints horses that are being cannily handled with a view to landing a touch.
Marten’s Look Ahead: Marten looks ahead to the next few days, with a level stake profit of 79 points since the resumption of this service. Many clients tell us they back selections EW when we have not specified this or they follow horses based on a write-up from one of our team especially after following a horse for a while despite the fact they did not put it up as a selection. With this in mind we prefer potential clients to download a back copy sample of our Weekend Card to see the style and the volume of long-term information contained as it is written to be an enjoyable read rather than a tipping publication.
