Recent winners from very few selections include Sonny Liston 18/1, Reversion 16/1, Atrium 16/1, Potterman 12/1, Gifted Gold 12/1, Lindwall 8/1 (from 25/1) and last season Tommy Rock 22/1, Native River 13/2 etc.

Jodie’s Jottings: Jodie Standing, our jumps and point-to-point specialist, has established a huge following since joining the team. She has provided clients with a high proportion of winners, with a level stake profit of 168 points and a return on investment of 16%. We are now fast approaching her time of year.

Premier Update: Marten updates news, information and running plans for the Premier List horses that were included in his Dark Horses Annual.

Ian Carnaby: Widely experienced and well-respected observer Ian Carnaby passes on his reflections every week, focusing on sprint handicaps and low-grade racing.

Jodie writes:

“Although we don’t have advanced entries for the majority of races, I already have a healthy list of horses that have been specifically saved for the meeting that I’m looking forward to seeing. And, of course, I’ll be looking deep into the races over the National fences. A horse at long odds for the big race itself is catching my eye, especially if conditions remain on the easy side.”
