Why can't I read the blogs?

To read our online blogs/journals you have to be a registered user of our website. You will need to login each time you visit our website before you can read the blogs. If you have not yet created an online account you can do so by clicking here.

Why can't I download the publication I have just ordered?

Although our website emails confirmaton of an order being placed almost instantly it does not mean that your order has been processed. For various reasons a member of staff has to authorise your online account before you can download the information. Perhaps you have placed your order when our office is closed. Our office opening hours appear below. If you still believe there is a problem then please call the office on 08448 11 22 96 or email us.

I have just signed up for the free monthly newsletter but think I have missed this month's edition. How can I obtain a copy?

Can I see the latest results on a service?

These are not available to download on our website. Please email us stating which service you are interested in and our latest results will be emailed to you.

How do I change my log in details?

The best thing to do is to click on our forgotten password link (above) and enter your email address. If you can't remember your old email address please create a new account and email us explaining that you have forgotten your old log in details but have created a new account.
